1.Acceptance of Terms & Scope of myiad.com

By accessing or utilizing myiad.com, abglco.com, voice.myiad.com, or crm.myiad.com, or by using our interactive simulators, conversing with our AI voice assistant, or requesting a diagnostic consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all site visitors, quote applicants, callers, and parties interacting with our digital interfaces or telephone communication pipelines.

2.Nature of Services & Independent Agency Status

MyIAD National Insurance Solutions and AB Global Consulting operate as an independent insurance brokerage and advisory agency specializing in Indexed Universal Life (IUL), fixed indexed annuities, military asset transition planning, and final expense solutions. We represent top-tier, A/A+ rated life insurance and annuity carriers (e.g. Transamerica, Nationwide, Allianz, Mutual of Omaha, Corebridge Financial, Everest).

3.Calculators, Simulators & AI Mathematical Modeling

All interactive tools on myiad.com — including the 0% Floor IUL Simulator, Military Asset Shield, D.I.M.E. Calculator, and the MyIAD AI Protection Blueprint report — generate hypothetical mathematical illustrations based solely on user inputs and standard historical index parameters.

• Non-Guaranteed Projections: Credited interest linked to equity index performance (such as the S&P 500) reflects assumed caps and participation rates. Except for the contractual 0% annual floor against negative index returns, past index movements do not guarantee future cash values.
• Policy Charges & Deductions: Actual policy cash value is subject to recurring cost of insurance (COI) deductions, administrative charges, and rider costs determined by the carrier based on the insured's age, gender, and underwriting class.

4.Conversational Voice AI & Insurance Copilot Terms

MyIAD deploys low-latency voice conversational intelligence (utilizing Deepgram speech-to-text, Twilio ConversationRelay, and advanced language models) to provide immediate educational triage via web audio and telephone calls to our toll-free line (888) 887-3585.

• The voice agent is an automated triage and educational assistant. It cannot issue legally binding insurance contracts or guarantees without human licensed practitioner review and signature.
• Voice sessions and telephone calls may be recorded or transcribed for supervisory compliance, quality assurance, and seamless warm transfer to Angel Burgos or designated licensed advisors.

5.Carrier Underwriting & FINRA / IRC Suitability

All insurance contracts and annuity issuances are contingent upon formal underwriting approval from the respective insurance carrier:

• FINRA Rule 2330 Suitability Standards: Any recommendation or 1035 exchange involving deferred variable annuities is strictly evaluated for customer suitability, liquidity needs, surrender charges, and tax consequences under FINRA Rule 2330 prior to principal supervisory sign-off.
• IRC §7702 Guidelines & MEC Prevention: IUL policy designs are structured in adherence to Internal Revenue Code §7702 definition of life insurance contracts and TAMRA 7-Pay guidelines to preserve tax-free distributions via policy loans and prevent unintended Modified Endowment Contract (MEC) status.

7.Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit fraudulent contact details, telephone numbers you do not legally own, or third-party information without prior affirmative authorization. Automated scraping, robot indexing, denial of service attacks, and reverse engineering of proprietary algorithms or AI prompts are strictly prohibited.

8.Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, calculation scripts, diagnostic templates (including MyIAD™, MyIAD AI Protection Blueprint™, and Military Asset Shield™), and web architecture are the proprietary property of AB Global Consulting and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.

9.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The site and its services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, AB Global Consulting disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform or financial index fluctuations.

10.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in competent state or federal courts located in Florida.
